Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order at dbakers-midtown.us (the "Site"), operated by dbakers Sweet Studio. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
1. About This Site
This Site is for same-day pickup orders only, available exclusively at our Midtown Miami location: 3510 NE 2nd Ave, Miami FL 33137. Orders placed through this Site are for in-store pickup on the same day. We do not offer shipping or delivery through this Site.
2. Product Availability
All items listed on this Site are available while supplies last. Inventory is updated daily and reflects what is physically available in-store. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable after purchase, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.
4. Orders & Payment
By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
5. Pickup
Orders must be picked up at our Midtown Miami location during store hours:
- Mon – Thu & Sun: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Fri & Sat: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Orders not picked up on the day of purchase are forfeited with no refund.
6. All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Please review our full Return and Refund Policy for details.
7. No Modifications
Items are prepared fresh daily and are ready in-store at the time of order. No modifications, substitutions, or special requests can be accommodated for same-day orders.
8. Food Allergens
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee any product is free from allergens. It is your responsibility to review ingredients before ordering if you or someone in your party has a food allergy or dietary restriction.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of dbakers Sweet Studio and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, dbakers Sweet Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or purchase of our products.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
