All sales are final. Because our products are freshly made and perishable, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.

At dbakers Midtown Miami, everything is baked fresh daily and available for same-day pickup only. Because of the perishable nature of our items, all sales are final from the moment your order is placed.

No Returns or Cancellations We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges. Once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be modified or refunded. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

No Modifications All items are already prepared and ready for pickup in-store at the time of ordering. We are unable to accommodate any modifications, substitutions, or special requests for same-day orders.

Missed Pickups If you do not pick up your order on the day of purchase, no refund will be issued. We are unable to hold orders overnight or reschedule pickups to a future date. Items not collected on the day of purchase will be forfeited.

Quality Concerns We take great pride in the quality of everything we make. If you believe there is a genuine quality issue with your order, you must contact us by email at sales@dbakers.us within 24 hours of pickup, with a description and photo of the concern.

Quality assessments and any resolution — including partial store credit at our sole discretion — are determined by dbakers Sweet Studio.

Cake flavor and texture are subjective. Refunds will not be issued based on personal taste preferences after a product has been accepted and picked up.

Payment Processing Fees Payment processing fees (credit card and Shopify fees) are non-refundable under any circumstances, even in cases where a store credit is issued.
