Information Storage & Processing
Our store is hosted by Shopify, and order and payment information is processed through Shopify's systems, which are based in the United States. By placing an order, you understand your information is stored and processed in the US. We do not ship products or transfer data internationally as part of fulfilling your order — all orders are for same-day pickup at our Midtown Miami location.
Everything else in the Privacy Policy I gave you stays the same.
Now the Shipping Policy — since you have no shipping, keep it short and clear (Shopify still links to this field at checkout, so it's worth filling):

We do not ship. All orders are for same-day, in-store pickup only.
dbakers Midtown Miami is a local, same-day pickup bakery. We do not offer shipping, delivery, or mail-order service of any kind.
How pickup works
- Place your order online through our site.
- Pick up your order the same day at 3510 NE 2nd Ave, Miami FL 33137, during our open hours.
- Bring your order confirmation (on your phone is fine) when you arrive.
Pickup hours
- Sunday – Thursday: 10am – 8pm
- Friday & Saturday: 10am – 10pm
Missed pickups
Orders not collected on the day of purchase are forfeited and non-refundable. We are unable to hold orders overnight or reschedule pickups to another day.
